Serial numbers must be provided for a claim to be valid and processed. Claims cannot be processed without serial numbers provided by the claimant, to be checked against.
Once you have submitted this claim form, please send your invoice/receipt to claims@jabra-promotions.com within 2 working days, or simply reply to the claim acknowledgement email that you will receive.
